Port Washington Duplexes & Investment Property

City · Ozaukee County, Wisconsin

Port Washington is the county seat of Ozaukee County and a true Lake Michigan harbor town, with a marina, a walkable downtown, the 1860 Port Washington Light Station on the bluff and the Art Deco breakwater lighthouse at the end of the pier. Older neighborhoods climb the hills above the harbor, and newer subdivisions spread out to the west.

Port Washington has a good supply of older duplexes and small multi-family buildings near downtown, along with condominiums overlooking the lake. Prices are generally below the southern Ozaukee communities, and the lakefront and downtown keep the city attractive to both renters and owner-occupants.
